This retreat brings together nervous system regulation, embodied practice, and heart-centered awareness in a way that is both evidence-informed and deeply human. At its core, it is about helping the body rediscover safety, helping the heart reawaken its natural openness, and helping you return to a state of presence, belonging, and inner steadiness.
Through a skillful blend of Hatha Yoga, meditation, pranayama, somatic practices, and accessible micro-techniques for daily nervous system regulation, you will be supported to shift from chronic activation or depletion into a more grounded and responsive baseline. Particular emphasis is placed on practical vagus nerve support, physiological safety, and practices that are simple enough to integrate into everyday life.
Rather than overwhelming you with complexity, we focus on a wisely selected set of essential and highly effective tools — repeated, embodied, and woven throughout the retreat so that they become intuitive, familiar, and genuinely useful long after the retreat has ended.

7:00 – Light breakfast (optional)
8:00 – Cacao ceremony
9:00 – Hatha Yoga
10:30 – Pranayama / meditation
11:00 – Brunch
12:00 – Wisdom share, workshop, or ritual
15:00 – Time to rest, journal, discover nature, or swim
18:00 – Dinner
20:00 – Nervous system regulation, sharings, and evening practice
22:00 – Rest

Nourishment
Food as part of the regulation
Nourishment is an essential part of the retreat experience. Meals are designed to be healthy, grounding, and supportive of nervous system regulation and integration, including plenty of vegetables, animal protein, whole grains, legumes, eggs, fermented foods, fruits, and nuts.
The intention is not simply to eat well, but to support the body in feeling stable, nourished, and cared for throughout the process.

Awakening Connection takes place at Mores Turisme Rural, Casa Mores, disseminat, Cambrils, Spain.
By car: approximately 2 hours from Barcelona.
By bus: from Barcelona (Passeig de Gràcia) to Solsona in around 2.5 hours, followed by a taxi.
Group transfer: pick-up from Barcelona Sants is provided at 12:30 pm, and return drop-off is provided on departure day.

Exclusive Retreat Location in Catalonia
Held in the quiet beauty of nature
A peaceful setting in spacious nature that allows the body and mind to unwind and settle. With room to breathe, rest, and reconnect, the land itself becomes part of the retreat experience. Our retreat house is located within the municipality of Odèn, 30 minutes away from Solsona, North of Solsonès region in Catalonia, Spain. The house is geographically isolated, surrounded by dense pines and hom oaks forests. It is common to find wild boars, roar deer, rabbits, foxes, partridges, and other wild animals of the area. Apart from the wild fauna, the area is exploited to grow cattle and honey by the family. Finally, depending on the season, due to the characteristics of the flora it is possible to find a wide variety of wild mushrooms.

With over 17 years of experience in Physiotherapy and advanced manual therapy, I developed a deep understanding of the body from a structural and clinical perspective. But it was through my own healing journey that I realized that physical treatment alone is not enough.
The missing piece was the nervous system.
Through Somatic Trauma Therapy and Manual Therapy of the Vagus Nerve, I found a way to work directly with how the body stores stress, trauma, and emotional patterns — and more importantly, how it releases them.
My approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with somatic work, nervous system regulation, and spiritual practices such as meditation, Tantra, and Non-Duality.
This integration allows for deep, lasting transformation — not just symptom relief.
